At first glance learning how to decorate your apartment in the hopes of improving your seducing skills may seem odd and out of place. After all your skills should be focused mostly on social interaction right? As long as your place has a bed for sex to in it shouldn’t matter what else is in your home or how it’s arranged right? Well, those who believe that are dead wrong and Frank Kermit’s Pimping Your Pad Seminar proves them why. Through the use of his own previous humble abode as a template Frank Kermit demonstrates what he did and more importantly shows WHY it works in great detail. You would be foolish to not take notes on the WHY.
The unimaginative will simply copy Frank’s apartment straight from the photographs and again they may encounter some more success than usual. But they will not know why they are doing what they are doing and this will show and, most importantly, their dates will notice it and will rightly punish the guy for it. It will be an elaborate show without meaning or soul and it will make the girl feel more like she’s being manipulated by, at best, an incompetent dumb-dumb or, at worst, a deranged lunatic.
The small minded will scoff at the whole concept altogether. "The stars on the ceiling, pictures of clouds in cartoon characters? Give me a break! Women want a man not a teenage boy!" they will say as they go max out their credit cards buying the expensive, fancy stuff that popular media tell him to buy so his pad could be a regular playboy mansion. And again, he will have some increased success because of this (as well as a large amount of debt). But as he carries on his day thinking he’s king for scoring last night the girl in question will be with her friends either laughing at how the guy she had sex with last night was trying way too hard to impress her (and doesn’t "get it") or how the guy is rich, stupid and can be milked for all he’s worth.
For those who are willing to sit down and listen they will learn how "your home reflects your inner life" can be taken to a whole new level. They will understand why the "fantasy themed" decoration style works and how to use it for their own advantage. They will make "the apartment speak for them" thus giving the girl the vital "high value" info about you without you looking like you need to brag about it. The devil is in the details and you’ll use every detail to your advantage to attract any girl lucky enough to visit your pad, i.e. your world. And make them keep coming back for more. The audio seminar will help you create a home that will help boost your self-esteem and confidence, get people to want to stay and throw parties and help seduce any woman that enters your realm.
You’ll learn the "feng shui of loving" as you’ll be able to organize and arrange your apartment to make it more conducive to closing the deal with a prospective date. But ultimately you’ll learn how to make your home really YOUR home and to make it so that others will want to be a part of it. While having a fantastic seducer’s home will not make up for not learning other aspects of the seducer’s trade it will more than help any prospective seducer who manages to bring a date home. Once she crosses the threshold it will be a pleasure for all 5 senses and like visiting a theme park, all the more to make the experience more memorable. By learning how to use the properly furnished and arranged seducer’s home to its full advantage you can greatly increase the chances of attracting the right type of girl in your life.

As an ex-girlfriend of Frank, I was excited to read his autobiography From Loser to Seducer, just to see how many times he would write about me lol. He also wrote about me in some of his other books. Don't ask me which stories are ours, I will never tell lol.
I first met Frank over the phone. The company he worked for would call the company I worked for, to call on general office service. We got to know each other over 2 or 3 phone calls, and one day we got into a playful banter. He asked me for a date that night, to come over to his place. By the end of it, I agreed. I barely knew him but I felt compelled to meet him that night for a date. It is the first time in my life that I ever went to a strangers house for a first date (and I only did it once more in my entire life). I never thought I would do this, but I went over to his house thinking "What I am doing!?" This happened almost years ago when you couldn't look up what someone looked like on the Internet or through your phone.
So I finally got there and saw a man completely not my type to be honest. He had a long beard and a weird looking hat. So I go in, sat on his sofa and the entire time was thinking, "OMG, WHAT am I doing here?" while I looked around his place. There was a disco ball on the ceiling, candles all around the room; I had never been to a place like that or met a guy like Frank before. It was beautiful but kind of creepy if you had asked me back then.
He started talking to me. Frank WAS weird and different, but in a good way. He made me feel safe. Then after lighting candles together and laughing together, he put on slow music, turned on the disco ball and asked me to slow dance in his living room. He just made me feel amazing. It is still one of the most romantic nights I ever had with a man. In my mind I was like, "Wow! I don't know what just happened, but all of a sudden I adore this man. Since that night I have adored him ever since, to this day even. Frank is the most romantic boyfriend I ever had.
Frank was seeing other women when I met him, and he was honest about it. He is the one that first explained the idea of open relationships. I hated that he had these other women, but I was willing to share. He was like no one I had ever been with before, and I didn't want to end things right away.
Over the next few weeks, we dated. It's not like I was a virgin when we met, but Frank is the first guy that I let take nude photos of me on a first date. In fact, I have never let ANYONE take pics of me naked ever except for Frank. He makes me feel like I can do anything with him. I have done a lot of things with him and I have never done with anyone else. Over the years, I like to stay in touch with him because I know I can reach out to him. Frank still makes me feel special and pretty. Other men just never made me feel that way.
Frank's wife is a lucky woman, and if he is ever single again, I hope he calls me. lol.

Frank's Ex-girlfriend
First off many many thanks to Frank Kermit for giving us a clear picture of what a bachelor pad should look like, and all of the excellent questions from the participants who attended. The most useful part of Kermit’s seminar on decor, for me, the one thing that linked up everything explained beforehand in the seminar, was seeing detailed photographs of his bachelor pad.
And here are the things (decor-specific) that I was able to link up: The whole apartment needs to have a flow to it, each room having a (separate) theme of its own, yet reflecting exactly what I want to convey about myself: A man who is comfortable with his own sexuality and is not afraid of displaying hints to this effect. If you have a (private) stairwell leading up to your place, make it conducive to seduction by putting photographs or whatever represents you.
Decorating your home as a means of serving as a way to boost my confidence each and every day. If I won’t boost myself, every day, trust me, nobody else will care to do so for me. A private area in the house (a small alcove of sorts), where I can display more intimate parts of your life. My favorite part (because I have never displayed any of my accomplishments anywhere in my house): The "Wall of Honor" displaying all my major accomplishments, serving as an confidence booster when in the apartment alone with her, seeing her as part of it, as well as having more things to talk about related to my life.
Never a dull moment.
What a great way to have things to talk about in my apartment. Make my apartment fun for my guests using various props that mesh in with the room’s theme. Have a good assortment of alcohols for my guests (male and female). Organize my place to allow for sex anywhere. I never know how hot I can make her and I want to be able to have sex right then and there when the time comes. I must be able to go with the moment, she will appreciate it more that way.
We talked about how to organize furniture to maximize the illusion of space in a room so that it looks like a highly social environment. For example, we talked about tables (they should be either a) small and round or b) big and strong for having sex on them. Ideally avoid them in the living room. My place should be one where she feels she can be as free as possible.

I would like to also extend my gratitude to Frank Kermit for his intimate knowledge of the subject. I really couldn't believe the valuable insight I picked up during this lesson. It is one thing to read Frank Kermit's writings and a whole other ballgame to actually be sitting in front of him and absorbing his extensive knowledge and his experience.
Before the seminar we were asked to prepare a map of sorts, reflecting our personalities. (list of symbols that can be associated with you, favorite animal, color, fantasy's and vacation spots, hobbies, five different era's). Then we were shown photos of his former apartment. My personal favorite was the "wall of honor". I immediately set this up at home and my day-to-day self esteem has skyrocketed. This is a must for a balanced and happy life, Not just for meeting women.
The photos really helped us take a virtual tour of his place. The whole "our world" concept was well demonstrated with his mountain of pillows on the futon, fantasy land living-room, Karaoke machine and well placed mini-bar. I also learned a few things about subtle cueing towards the bedroom and the main focus the bed should have in a room. The stars on the ceiling were great too. All in all the apt. was set up like a theme park for two or more with all sorts of interesting things to do and not at all tacky like some theme parks can be decor wise. Heck, if I was invited over I would've wanted to stay the whole weekend. Thanks for the opportunity.

Frank's "Pimping Your Pad" audio seminar was one of the most insightful seminars I have ever been to. He went into detail on how to lay out your entire place so that it just oozes sexuality, and is perfect for seduction to take place. I never realized how important the layout of your living space is before this seminar.
Reading back through the 8 pages of notes I took throughout this session, I realized a lot of mistakes I had been making with regards to my 'pad', and am still correcting them. Frank went through everything from artwork to furniture to the reflection your bathroom has on yourself. He also covered how to lead a girl through your apartment and how to use the rooms to augment your conversations to make it easy to progress to sex.
The quantity and quality of information in these audio tracks is enormous! It is definitely worthwhile listening to them more than once. Thanks once again Frank, I'd highly recommend this product to anyone!

Thanks to Frank Kermit my place is no longer your generic ugly tasteless apartment. The ideas and most importantly the theme that Frank Kermit gets you to think in is truly transformational. I can see now what I was doing wrong when it comes to lifestyle in your space of living and why whatever I was doing was not congruent when it comes to conveying my persona to others. With the help of Frank Kermit I was able to design my apartment in such a way that embodies my character in the world and when you invite people to your apartment it will easily reflect who you are without even uttering a word.
And the most important, you'll automatically be able to understand yourself better through working with Frank Kermit, naturally you'll be able to express yourself to others in a way that will get you the result you want from them easily.
And when you blend into that the ability to Feel Good going through the process, and wrap all of that with a real sense of excitement because the faster you transform your living space the more successful you find the best "You" coming out to the surface, isn't that exciting??
To wrap up, working with Frank Kermit will either change your lifestyle instantly or cause you to become your "best attractive self" automatically, and that's something you would like to experience wouldn't you? Thank you Kermit!!

Frank Kermit’s program “Pimping Your Pad” Audio set has countless useful concepts and ideas that will help you create a seductive environment for your love life, while still reflecting your own personality. This program will help you take your life to the next level when it comes to relationships and is a must have for anyone who is serious about living this lifestyle.
He takes you step by step through his own bachelor pad and breaks down every single detail and why it is important to the overall picture. He leaves no area untouched and includes numerous gems which are worth the price of the program alone, including such details as how to keep her thinking about you for weeks after she has left.
This is without a doubt the most comprehensive program I have ever seen on the subject and is a must have not only those who have or plan to have their own space, but also those living with roommates as well as at home. This is the real deal here.

I attended one of the first Pimping Your Pad seminar and got a lot of value for the money. The Seminar was about what to do if you want to have a playboy lifestyle when it comes to Pimping your Pad. Frank not only tells what to do in every single room, but also how you present the place on a date, and what to say to different questions form her and how you use all rooms to create a reflection of your inner self, an adventure for her and a place girls wants to come back to. All together a really good experience for me. Since I'm moving to a new place next year I really appreciated the seminar. Thanks Frank.

Attending this seminar was a lot of practical information coming from Frank's experience and experimentation of decorating a place for the purposes of seduction. He talks about various situations that one may be in including living alone, living with a roommate and how to choose the right roommate, living with parents, living in a rented room, and how to do all this with your own style and congruent to who you are.
Frank gives various suggestions, ideas, theory, and experiences on various aspects of the bachelor pad such as: furniture, furniture arrangement, living room, bedroom, bathroom, pets/plants, music, artwork, accessories, symbols/themes, books, criteria for finding a new place, and so much more. One important aspect of this seminar is that he brings out several thought provoking points with regards to what your friends and family think of a place with seduction in mind and how you may deal with people who don't like how you have your living space set up.
What blew my mind was that each individual item (or lack of an item) and its arrangement on its own has a certain level of impact, but combine it with every little detail that goes into space, and it all contributes and amplifies the impact to the big picture of seduction in the home. The pictures of Frank's bachelor pad also helped point out how he did his and gives you an explanation why it worked for him. Even thought I had attended this lecture, I will purchase the audio set when it becomes available. It was too much information to absorb, process and understand in one sitting.

Is a home just a home? Those who attended this seminar learned that one's home is a reflection of one's inner life. And if you are ready to have someone in your life, this seminar will help you put together your space to bring love to your front door. This seminar could mean the difference between your sweetheart leaving early or staying the night.

I was amazed with the amount of information presented in this lecture. There was so much great information throughout and I am glad I took notes. In the end, I was overwhelmed with materials and it really started to make me think about my own place once I got home. There are so many things that I’ve never thought of.
Things like the power of art and furniture can really go deeper than I think. I never knew that symbolism and design can really change the sexual vibe in a place. Even the smallest things can provoke certain feelings and thoughts in a person. This knowledge is very valuable to apply to your own lifestyle and really could improve and inspire your own pads. Frank has put a lot of thought into his Pimping Your Pad Audio set and I am glad he is willing to share these information with us.
Another amazing learning experience for everyone interested!

This lecture had what every good lecture should have: solid theory applied in real situations. More importantly, it takes conventional wisdom and proves it totally wrong.
Frank presented us with a simple idea: that your home should reflect your sexuality. From there, we learned about not only how to set up your pad, but all the other things in life that will result; from how friends react, to how to deal with roommates, to what to keep stocked in your home.
Frank reminded us several times that it is a lifestyle, and now I understand why; you can't turn back into a regular guy when you're done playing, there are no vacations from being a seducing playboy.
-Review by Andy S.,

I have to say.. there was soo much information! Personally I took about 10 pages of notes, double sided. The seminar was filled with incredible practical information on maximizing the potential for the playboy lifestyle. Things that makes you stand out from all the other guy's place she might have visited.
Frank goes through in vigorous details on how to create a sexual energy/vibe that flows naturally in your bachelor pad, and on selecting different themes and the impact it has to form a congruence with the seductive lifestyle and a reflection of your inner world.
He also goes in depth about the various questions we have asked about creating such place for our own homes and the alternative ways to do things. Frank also covers the critical mistake that that might turn her off and keep her away from you and your place.
Rather then giving you the fish to feed you, Frank teaches you how to fish so you will never go hungry again.
Frank demonstrates pictures of his own pad, not only do we get to see what a successful bachelor pad looks like; he also gives example and explanation in detail, about the reason and the effect behind things that is present in his old bachelor pad. Incredibly informative seminar just about everything you ever wanted to know about creating just the right place that is filled with sexual vibe that is design to do one thing.. turning her on.. and making her keep coming back to you. Bravo Frank!

This was an excellent seminar. In it, I learned what to do to make my living place a place that's much more conducive to seducing women.
Frank did not tell us what to think, he told us how to think. As usual, I was not made to feel as though I have to re-invent who I am in order to have a seductive living place. I learned at the seminar that my living place should reflect my own internal sexual identity. He stressed, for example, that we should not copy his apartment. Our living place should be unique to each of us.
The seminar had a lot of practical information--I took 12 pages of notes! This practical info was backed up by Frank with his personal stories and backed up by solid theory which just made sense. For example, we learned of the Wall of Value and how to use it to boost our confidence when the women is in our house.
We learned how to intelligently use art to lead a woman's thinking to sex. We learned how to strategically use the house as part of a date, and how to use music. At the end, he showed us photos of his apartment to make concrete in our minds the ideas he taught us.
As an excellent teacher should, Frank patiently listened to and answered all questions. These questions and answers are on the recording. I'm sure many of the questions are questions that you will have. Many times in the seminar, after someone had asked a question, I thought to myself "I was wondering the same thing".
I definitely recommend the audio recording of Pimping Your Pad.

Toronto (Yeah, another Frank!)
I just wanted to say thanks to Frank for taking the time to talk to us about how we can pimp our pads. I don't think I have ever been to a seminar that was so jam packed with information for solid hours. Whether you are a beginner at studying Franks method our you are and advance member, you are guaranteed to go home with at least a handful of useful knowledge that can be applied to your own lifestyle.
I especially enjoyed that Frank took the time to answer everyone's questions. He really took the time to cater an answer that each individual person could benefit from and not just give you a generic answer leaves you still wondering.
The best part was actually getting to see pictures of how Frank pimped out his pad. Every part of his bachelors pad just exude sexuality in a way that was congruent to the person that he is and he taught us how to do the same to our own living space so that we can be congruent to who we are when telling a girl about certain pieces of artwork, furniture etc. All in all, I fantastic learning experience for all students of Frank's work.

Frank Kermit goes into great detail and speaks with passion about how a man should decorate his living space to convey sexuality and drops some really good ideas, such as " the wall of value". This part of the seminar was very useful.

This is a great program where Frank presents how to position your bachelor apartment, as your home is a reflection of you; it has to be seductive and inviting for ladies (vs. looking cool for you). Frank tells you how to choose art for your place, how to layout and manage space/furniture positioning, as well as how to get it ready for a date, it also teaches you what to have in your bathroom and overall set up a seductive atmosphere for the lady you invite over.
Frank keeps on focusing on other aspects of the house, what to do, what not to do, and how to welcome her as where to position your item collections and "props" that can create conversation. Overall all the elements you need to set up a seductive environment. He also gave a tip on ways that will make her think of you when the date is over.
Frank talks about more things you gotta have at your place, such as music, you collections, alcohol, Frank will teach you how to choose this, as well as how to choose a place to live that supports your lifestyle. I really like how Frank goes through every single detail and how will this help you achieving you goals. A must have for any guy who lives in an apartment and constantly brings ladies over. This is value added- practical advice.
Frank continues to provide valued advice on how to make things on your place communicate a sexual/subliminal frame, which will help with seduction; he also gives tips on what to have on each room. I find this very easy to apply in my own apartment. Every room of your apartment or house will be all set for an adventure with the girl of your dreams. He will also talk on how to stimulate a lady's senses through your place.
Frank summarizes his advice on pimping your pad by going through his own place, explaining every single detail and how this can be applied to your place. He also mentions how he managed to get every item that helps him, which works perfectly for anyone who is on a budget.
I really like the tips he gives on how to use candles to your advantage and the explanation he gives about things that ladies leave at your place "territory markers". You just need to listen to this program to get your place ready to be attracting girls by itself.

Pimping Your Pad Audio set is filled with great insights that I found extremely interesting and thought provoking since I have just recently moved into my own place. Frank describes how to make your place express your lifestyle and sexuality. Frank starts off with an exercise in developing lists that will give get you thinking about what themes you’ll want to use when decorating. Choosing artwork is important: you don’t want to focus on things to impress other men. Frank explains how to choose artwork to express your love of women, and how to deal with the reactions you may get when they enter your home. He then goes on to explain how to choose furniture and how to arrange it to encourage an environment of openness, safety and most importantly sex. I also found his ideas on how clean you should keep your place, and how to prepare for having a women visit or stay over extremely useful.
Frank gives a warning that if your place is setup to be a comfortable and open and just awesome in general that you will need to beware of users who want to take advantage of you. He also describes how to display your books and non-seductive interests, and how you can get a women to think about you when you aren’t around. Frank gives his thoughts on pets, plants and other living things that many singles bring into their home and how it affects the playboy lifestyle.
Frank has some great ideas for getting an economical variety of unobtrusive music, and how to perform music for your dates if you are a musician. The next topic was alcohol and how to go about deciding what types of alcohol to stock. Frank also discusses the criteria he would use for choosing a new place if he were in that position, which I found was pretty straightforward and standard. He spends quite a while detailing how to choose and live with roommates or parents. Lastly, he has some good insights on calibrating how much and what type of décor to use, specifically how to include items that will generate interest without wasting real estate, and that will be congruent with your personality and lifestyle.
Frank continued on with the “How much is too much” discussion. Frank boils it down to a couple of simple easy rules. He also warns against making the mistake of spending too much and trying to impress a women. The next topic of discussion is choosing and arranging furnishings that subliminally encourage sex. Frank talks about several examples from his own bachelor pad and discusses several of the rooms there. He then talks about how to make the most of a small place, a topic which is of particular interest to me since I have a small basement bachelor apartment.
Lastly, he talks about the random items that women like to leave behind when visiting your place as a way to ‘mark their territory’ and provides a few options for dealing with this behavior.
In actuality there is a huge amount of material covered. Frank goes over the pictures of his place and describes the meanings, stories, how each item was used and how it changed over time. He talks about how he calibrated to what each woman was giving him and how he would use that to decide which room to take them to and what he would do with them in each area. This program is great if you have any trouble at all figuring out ways to implement the suggestions that Frank gives.

This seminar provided a good outline of how to structure and decorate your bachelor apartment for maximum seductive value. Below are some of the key points that I took away from this seminar:
-What factors to consider when choosing a bachelor pad (proximity to public transit, job, etc..)
-The fact that the decor should be a reflection of you and your 'symbols'.
-The need to use seductive artwork (emphasizing your sexuality) throughout the apartment rather than generic art or art emphasizing non-sexual aspects of life.
-The necessity of buying load-bearing furniture so that you can have sex anywhere!
-That you should always keep the apartment in a presentable state because you never know when a lady-friend may drop in.
-That you shouldn't go out of your way to clean up the apartment when expecting a female visitor so that you're not overly invested in the encounter.
-That the above rule doesn't apply to your bathroom which should always be spotless because it represents your genital hygiene.
-A bunch of other stuff ...
Overall an informative and worthwhile lecture - Thanks Frank!

I found it pretty insightful. Everything Frank talked about was speaking from experience, and he had a story to go along with all of the suggestions he mentioned to highlight it`s use and importance so each person can take something out of it for their own life. I appreciated the fact that he teaches your home is your seduction.
It basically shows that it`s a place meant to excite and seduce, and shows this as being your inner life. Pretty awesome stuff in my opinion.

Absorbed a lot of useful ideas on how to convert a bachelor pad into a place of passion..
- Change your outer world to display that you want sex
- My location has to be a representation of my sexuality
- My location should reek of sexuality
- Create my own "wall of value" (an amazing concept!)
- Choose your symbols to reinforce your confidence.

This is my 2nd time listening to this program. While listening to this program for the 2nd time, it has not only helped me add to my notes parts that I initially missed, it has also helped me realize what parts of the program I’ve implemented in my pad. It has also helped me remember some really good advice I’ve gotten off of other programs that he mentions on this program. All-in-all, I highly recommend this program.
Frank starts out this program by talking about some exercises off of his coaching workbook that can be used towards decorating your bachelor pad. After doing so, he talks about how to represent your sexuality in your place, and how to deal with reactions that you would get from women based on how you’re representing yourself.
He then goes more deeply into the layout of your place, followed by how to pick your furniture. He goes over some very interesting ideas that I found to be brilliant as to how to prepare for having a woman spend the night. Frank lastly talks about how to take her on a tour of your place. Some amazing insightful ideas.
Frank continues describing how he had his tour of his place set up at his seductive bachelor pad. He then goes into describing ways to have her think about you even when she’s not near you. Finally, he talks about plants and pets, and his perception as to whether or not it’s a good idea to have them, as well as what kind to have.
I noticed that a very large part of this program consisted of the audience’s questions being answered, which I liked, as I could’ve very easily had these types of questions. Envisioning Frank’s tour of his place and hearing it again was helpful. It definitely did help me get additional perspective for a different type of place I could look for in the future, and how I could implement Frank’s ideas to it.
Frank talks about the music selection and how to set it up. He then goes into how to deal with alcohol in the seductive bachelor pad. Then, he goes into criteria related to looking for a new place. He goes in depth as to what’s involved in choosing a roommate, and finally how much is too much. I really liked this, as it gave insight as to how to deal with certain variables that would relate to having the greatest success rate. The music selection topic that Frank discusses actually overlaps with something I’ve done before the first time I heard Frank mention it, so I’m still following this. I strongly recommend taking this advice, as it’s worked greatly for me. I think that the criteria for a new place will really be coming in handy for me soon, as I will very likely be moving soon, so having a refresher on this was really helpful. All-in-all, this program was very insightful.
He mentioned what kind of importance the amount of money spent on decorating your pad has on the things, and the potential dangers of not taking his advice on this point. He then went on to talk about subliminal furnishings, followed by talking about how to decorate your bedroom, and then about sex toys as they relate to decorating your pad. Following this, he talked about how to decorate your living room, and then he went on to cover how to go about stimulating her senses. He talked about critics of your place and how to deal with them, and how to make the best of a small space. Lastly, Frank talked about territory markers, and different ways to deal with them, as well as his preferred way to deal with them.
In respect to stimulating her senses, I’ve tried putting some focus on this topic, and the ideas Frank mentioned in this program will definitely help me in that respect.
Frank’s mention of how to make the most of your balcony is something I have yet to put into practice. I really liked his ideas on this, so I’m looking forward to trying these ideas out.
He then went into describing the layout of his bachelor pad when he had it all pimped out, and the reasoning behind each part of it. This program is packed with a ton of information, so in order to get the most of it I would recommend going through it several times while taking notes. All-in-all, this program was excellent for a man who wants to pimp up his bachelor pad with the goal of dating women. I would strongly recommend it for someone who finds himself in that situation.
I especially liked Frank’s disco-ball idea, and am hoping one day I’ll be able to put together something of the sort, as it looked really original and like it set the right mood.
Over-all, I enjoyed the program and all that I got from it.
