Thank-you Frank.
Your teachings work!
Thanks to your ‘Pay As You Go’ personalized coaching and studying your material, specifically the audio recording ‘Frank Inner Game Program’ I am more focused than I have ever been before. I am constantly tweaking my lifestyle and persona to be more and more successful and it is working!
After sometimes years of sexual dry spells, I am now able to achieve my goals with regards to successfully meeting the type of women that I have always wanted to.
The two biggest things that have helped the most are learning Emotional Needs Analysis, and Persona Development. Studying and practicing the Emotional Needs has helped me communicate better with women. I am able to structure my interactions to achieve positive responses, and deeper connections with women. In addition, I now have the ability to connect consistently with a wide variety of women. It is becoming automatic to the point that I don’t even realize that I am doing it.
The Persona Development has given me structure and direction. I can look at a situation and ask: “What would Tennessee Tom do?” In the past I would find myself simply bewildered at a situation with no sense of direction. Now I have a list of desirable behaviors and goals and no excuses not to act.
I can honestly say that changes have taken place to the point that my friends have noticed and commented on it. Sometimes even I don't believe it!
I have a date this week, I went on a date last week, and I have two other numbers in my phone!
I have confidence that I can keep doing this for as long as I choose.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. The purpose for me to attend this seminar was to get the inner game parts of myself handled. In Frank's words, inner game is "the elimination of hypocrisies." I've done a lot of inner game work in my development, but I have to say that this was the most complete inner game program that I've ever been exposed to. However, with that said, the learning to be taken from this program are based not in the material that was covered but rather, the real value of this program is the fact that it teaches you HOW to think about the world of relationships.
The fact is, every program out there teaches material that is marketed as the next great thing, but here is a program that bypasses the material because it teaches the HOW. It seems as though everyone acknowledges that inner game is important and very few people ever speak of HOW one builds proper inner game. Enter Frank Kermit.
After spending 36 hours being bombarded with material that was clear and concise and being pushed to think for myself, I can feel that I've emerged from the experience as a changed person. It's as though the pieces of my being have finally been fitted together to form a whole person. I feel clear-minded and more focused than I have ever been and I've started to see the resulting change in my reality. It has only been a few days since the end of the seminar and already I've begun to reap the rewards of the clearer vibe that I am now putting out.
The value in this program far exceeds the cost of it.
Thank for a life-changing experience, Frank.

**Ken Philips who wrote the above review after attending the seminar, then wrote a review after listening to the audio set that was produced from the seminar recordings:
Even though I had heard the audio set twice before, I found I was still taking notes and refining the ideas that I hurriedly jotted down the first couple of times I listened to it. As with all of Frank's material, the audio set is packed with stuff so it was easy for me to overlook things and it was nice to be able to go over it again and get more notes down. The most interesting thing for me was how much I had changed since the last time I had done the persona chart. If I didn't have it down on in writing, I don't think I would've realized that. I'm beginning to really develop my own style and it was great to have the chart there so I could really concentrate on that fact.
When I first started out in self-development, I did an exercise extremely similar to building a persona. I would go over situations that I felt I had handled badly and came up with a new behaviour for them. It was the essential step for me to create lasting change. I really can't think of another way for a person to systematically reprogram their behaviors. This exercise is for anyone who is looking to make lasting changes in their life and is willing to put in the work to make it happen.
I was asked by someone to explain how I have changed exactly. It's interesting that someone would ask that because when Frank, a few others and myself were interviewed a while ago, the reporter asked me the same question. The fact of the matter is, the question was so far outside of my reality that I simply couldn't understand it. I had to ask for the question to be rephrased and reworded a few times before it finally made sense to me.
The reason it was so difficult to understand was that the change was so drastic it was as though I was a completely different person. It's hard to describe a global change because it's like asking someone from Europe to try and describe all the ways it's different to be living in Canada; there are drastic differences and there are subtle differences and not all of them are such that you could consciously point to them.
I'm not trying to evade the question here, but I am trying to avoid needlessly writing out my life's story to answer that question. It's hard for me to really talk about these philosophies without simply reciting the content of them because they've largely become a part of how I think of the world and how I act.
I was at the Inner Game seminar so I was present when the recording of this section was made which means I've had several months to process the information given in this section. This was the first time since the Inner Game seminar that I've reviewed this information and I was surprised by how I had lived my life in a way that was directly in accordance with my base life philosophies. I guess I had expected some kind of deviation from what I had initially jotted down at the seminar, but for the most part it was identical. Actually, I've had some recent experiences which allowed me to refine some of the more abstract things that I had written so that they were much more concrete.
These base life philosophies are things that every man should have sorted out because I simply can't imagine a man living his life without doing so. I know for a fact that within the last 3 months, I've made decisions or encountered situations that forced me to use these philosophies to resolve them. In actuality, I've properly evoked every single philosophy sometime in just the last month so to anyone who feels like they're drifting through life making decisions that don't seem to help you or those around you, this is audio set that you need to listen to.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. For those of you who are thinking about whether to get the audio set of the frank inner game seminar you don't have to think about it anymore. In one word it is WELL WORTH IT- OK! that wasn't one word but you get the idea. Now people say that about a lot of products so what makes me think so highly of this one in particular. Simple I WAS THERE. I was there for the whole 30hrs of the frank inner game seminar and I wouldn't have asked for an better seminar on inner game. It was the best inner game seminar out there- BAR NONE.
That's all well and good but what did I actually learn that make is so great! Here is the run down.
The first day was about self introspection. to figure out the why of the why of the why of the why. On an individualized level we found out why we are the way we are through a lot of self introspection exercises. I found myself regressing to events in my childhood that affected my current state when it comes to relationships. confronting those issues allowed me to get over some major sticking points that I currently have. It was soo profound that when I woke up the next morning I was still having revelations in THE SHOWER! By the end of the day a new and improved form of us was beginning to surface a form that knew both where we came from and what we wanted for ourselves for the future. A form that was both accepting of out past and our limitations but also hopeful about the future and what it has to offer. REFRESHING! The cemetery walk exercise certainly put things in perspective!
I also want to mention DO THE EXERCISES. they might seem mundane and trivial but they are POWERFUL and INCREDIBLY IMPORTANT for your development. DO NOT TAKE THIS PART OF THE SEMINAR LIGHTLY. OK............ DEAL! AWESOME STUFF.
Frank talked about the emotional needs of both men and women and expounded on the rules of relationships. this alone is worth the whole seminar. it was packed with great ideas that anyone can use right away. I just confirmed a date with this cute girl from way back. I sure am glad i took this seminar because I will be going in ready and it will be blast. Cheers!

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. I can't say enough about Franks seminar on inner game and Frank's work in general. I always had great respect for Frank, but now I think he's pure genius. I learned so much about my relationships with women, but beyond that I learned a lot about myself. A lot of the exercises helped me to learn about who I am as a man, and what my role really is. This weekend and Frank's work in general has shed a lot of light on why I wound up in so many dysfunctional relationships. I feel I have a real chance at finding what I want and more importantly knowing what I want. The underlying theme of loving yourself and harnessing your own self esteem was great.
I already feel as though I'm a better man, just days after the seminar. I already feel I have more to offer women in general. I gained a lot of enthusiasm from the weekend seminar and look forward to more from Frank.
Frank has learned this stuff from his own pain and it worked for him. He is the first to admit there is no magic pill, but I have found a truth in each of his emotional needs analysis theories that is directly applicable to both past and present relationships. I am blown away by Franks insights over and over again.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. A MALE audio set on relationships? Has the world gone mad ? Why should I read this stuff when I can watch TV instead? If this is you talking, MAYBE you should continue reading ...
For those married guys out there, is your marriage REALLY happy ? How do you know your wife isn't cheating on you ? Better yet ... why ? Are you SURE your child(ren) is (are) REALLY yours ? Ever wished the wedding ring came with an instructions manual ? Don't you feel things could be even better but you don't know what questions to ask yourself ?
For the single guy, have you not figured out yet what women NEED ? You've probably successfully dated from pick-up, or from friends, but never quite understood what was going on in the woman's head ? Why "things didn't work out" like they could have have a while... Or again, does the idea of "getting tied up" make you feel UNCOMFORTABLE, not knowing if you could've gotten "better"...Do you KNOW What do you REALLY WANT in a woman, apart from sex?
And if you're coming out of a divorce, are you asking yourself how things ever got so bad ? How did you get into this in the first place ? Is everything over between you and all the women out there ..... CAN you get another chance ? Is it really over between you and women ?
Frank Kermit teaches guys the kind of stuff we should have been taught in the first place way back in high school : what REALLY makes women and men different ... from the inside ! Not only will Frank teach you what women NEED, but he'll also lift the veil on the menu of what your manhood requires to properly "blossom". And if what you think sounds like something that rhymes with "your woman MUST RESPECT YOU" and "control the drama before it controls you", you're catching on....
My definition of Creative Avoidance (track 8) inspired by Kermit's Seminar: "A defensive behavioral pattern enacted by the subconscious as a means of protecting itself from the unknown arising from a given set of insecurities. In mentally refusing itself from this fear, it reacts by seeking the familiar, the known behavioral universe, thus betraying the immaturity of the subject". This can take the form of saying NO before even thinking about anything else, of spelling out a judgement (which itself reflects a projection) which sets the objective so high it is very difficult to achieve. Fear of performing, fear of not knowing what to do, what to say, fear of disappointing friends or relatives .... etc. FEAR. Creative avoidance is the manifestation of living in fear. It is the opposite of living in love.
So what do you do when you've exhausted your routine lines, the cocky funny stuff and gone through your palm reading patterns ? What's next ? What's the next level of dating ? It's called building a successful relationship. And this is what Frank Kermit teaches. The NEXT level. Who's in charge here?

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. The ladder theory, Barbara De Angelis and other bringers of male hopelessness can finally go to hell - here comes Frank Kermit to make things right. In an unrelenting 12-hour 3-day weekend seminar called Frank Inner Game, Frank goes beyond the feat of keeping the attention of his audience hour after hour and takes his group on one heck of a journey through their deep psychological woods - a journey one returns from with unexpected and perspective-changing revelations about themselves and the ladies they thought they understood.
In a delivery that ranges from patient discourse to candid confessions to fiery animated fits, Mr. Kermit fights typical preconceived notions about love and the alpha male and brings uncanny sense to even the most seemingly nonsensical and frustrating situations that happen in dealings with women. And yes, he helps to direct you to solutions - your own solutions.
With Frank's hard-hitting, oh-so-Italian tough love approach there was as much emphasis on becoming a great catch as there was on the art of catching, and so what would have been viewed superficially as "stud camp for dorks" became group therapy for those who seek to become better men with better lives.
As for getting good value out of the seminar, it's hard to argue with a group of gentlemen coming back with their long-standing issues newly resolved, and their hearts filled with new hope for finding love.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. Frank's seminar was one of the most intense and difficult seminars I have ever sat through. I learned so much from this seminar, and had a lot of my questions on relationships answered. I found out why I was punishing myself, I found out about what I really want. I was able to put a more human aspect on everything in seduction. Frank's work is so essential in understanding the mindset of a woman, and even more so for understanding the obligation of being male.
Frank's seminar left me with more questions about everything... questions I should've been asking about everything, but didn't even realize I needed to ask myself until then. Have all my problems been solved? Hell no, but at least I understand what my problems are, and I have a better sense on how to solve them.
It takes a lot of work to reach your goals, and Frank's seminar manages to shortens the amount of time you'll be spending on this improvement work.
-Review by Gavin,

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. I think and feel this was one seriously outstanding seminar. The amount of self-introspection and the level of understand of Frank meant that for the man willing to push himself this program was as close to product that ensures change as you can get. From a PUA's perspective Frank's emotional needs model has been without a doubt the most helpful single tool in understanding what is really happening in a relationship, an interaction and in a women's head at any point. Really, no man should be without with this knowledge on some level and if you can't get into and maintain a relationship, you don't have it, and you need it.
As a man, the inner game work in here addressed a need for change work that I knew I had to do but didn't know really how to go about doing and I was skeptical anyone could really help me with. So, one of my biggest lessons in this is, I had the power all along! The cemetery walk, the stories, the rules of relationships and having Kermit take you through the inner game exercises from the book make this a resource well worth the time it takes to use properly.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. This was the first seminar that I have ever attended, and I am so glad I decided to go. What a great seminar. The seminar took place over 3 days, 12 hours a day. It was really intense. The time was very compressed, and we covered a lot of very personal, emotionally-charged territory.
I really liked the organization. Frank placed the most emotionally draining portions on the first day, when we were freshest. This was a really wise move. He also placed more relaxed, intellectual topics on the last day, such as emotional needs analysis. We covered a lot of ground from the coaching workbook for men. It was very helpful to review the material with Frank there to provide additional insight. It was also great to go through the exercises surrounded by other guys. I would listen to other men share their answers and experiences and then I would read out my own. It lead me to feel connected to these men and really in touch with them.
As part of that, we developed the best bit of the entire seminar. Frank wanted us to feel that we are the best judges of our own lives, not him. So periodically, Frank would tell us all to tell him off. So we would all get up and yell "F*** you, Frank!" What a riot!
One of the most memorable events during the weekend was a field trip to the cemetery. We looked at the gravestones and considered our own deaths, and our own mortality. It was very moving, and really drove home Frank's point - our time on earth is limited; use it wisely.
Overall, I was very glad I went to this seminar. I learned a lot.

I attended the seminar that was recorded for this program. Short and sweet: This is an inner game seminar where a large amount of personal discovery and revelation is compressed into 3 days. We reviewed several of the writing exercises in the coaching workbook for men as well as quite a bit of new material. The real benefit came from the process: reviewing the personal constructs we have created in our own lives and the larger social constructs society has created, imagining in detail the life we want, and making a plan to get there while shedding the baggage.
Frank's Emotional Needs Analysis is brilliant and is the code breaker of emotional communication in relationships of all kinds. Frank sincerely cares about the long term viability of the relationships he helps create is no exaggeration. Franks Emotional Needs Analysis and inner game seminar shows how to challenge yourself to discover what you really want, how to get her, and how to keep her her (and you) happier than you ever imagined possible. I would consider doing it again in a year to check my progress and reap further enlightenment.

Since beginning my journey a year ago I have seen the best and the worst of what the dating industry has to offer. During that time I have become familiar with Frank Kermit’s work after reading “Everything Out of Her Mouth is a Test” and attending numerous meetings with Frank.
Frank has amazing insights and has changed forever my views on women and my role as a man. Unlike many products offered by the dating community, his get to the core issue, which is how to address a woman’s emotional needs while having your own needs meet. This will not only help you get sex, but it will also help you to keep the girl if that's your desire.
At the end of March I attended Frank's 36 hour Inner Game Seminar, based on his coaching workbook for men "I'm a Man, It's My Job". Speaking for myself I can say I was blown away by the depth of the material presented. Frank is passionate, remarkably intelligent, and did a fantastic job in setting us on a course to develop solid inner game.
The workshop consisted of written exercises, a cemetery walk, and a discussion of relationship rules and emotional needs. Why a cemetery walk? To get the point across that we are here only for a short while, and that we better make the most of our lives while we are here. Have you ever met old people who seem to be resentful and bitter, and other old people who are happy even though they know the end is near? The happy ones are those that took risks and lived their lives to the fullest. They are not asking "what if" because they have lived fully in the moment and did what they wanted to do. For me that is what the journey is all about, and the cemetery walk got the point across succinctly.
The written exercises in "I'm a Man, It's My Job" are all designed for a single purpose – to help you get to know yourself. To me it’s amazing that as men we often go through life without having a clear understanding of what stand for or even what we like/dislike. Many of us just “go with the flow” which is often influenced by the popular media. The problem is when we “go with the flow” we appear wishy-washy. Low value males are wishy washy and don’t get sex. High value males are decisive and adhere to a value system. They take the lead, meet emotional needs and get sex. We did many of the exercises from the book at the workshop which allowed for great feedback from Frank and the participants.
The final day was devoted to a discussion of Franks’ rules of relationships and his emotional needs theories. The emotional needs theories are basis of all of Frank's work, and help to explain the psychological reasons behind women’s behaviour towards men. Men who meet these needs are perceived as high value males and are highly attractive. The emotional needs theories are applicable no matter what “gurus” you’ve studied. Once you understand emotional needs, it is easy to explain why different methods work or don’t work based on the needs they address or violate.
For those of you who were not able to attend the workshop I highly recommend Franks coaching workbook for men "I'm a Man, It's My Job". They were recording the audio at the workshop so watch for a audio set coming out soon.

I attended the seminar that was recorded into this audio set. Unique - Haven't seen anyone else offer a product like this that forces you to ask yourself so many questions. Helps with longer term relationships and how to manage them - not just pickup - something that many pick up coaches don't really focus on. My favorite part were the exercises that make you peel back the layers of an onion and decide who you are, what you really want, need etc. It was almost information overload - so much to take in and think about I'll be reviewing weeks. Of course he is packing many years of knowledge and experience into 3 days....Frank has tons of knowledge and seems to take a personal interest in his students (clients). He's a genuine guy.
Thnx Frank, I wish I knew all this 10 years ago

Inner game is about handling your beliefs and developing an identity. Frank will guide you on this audio set from where you are right now, to become your persona, no matter where in your development are you. He will provide with exercises to properly internalize these beliefs and not forget about them after you went through the program.
In this program Frank goes through the development path for a man. Here is where you see where do you stand on your way to become a natural with women, and what comes next. This is a great tool to know yourself. It will greatly help listening to his program about reading the coaching workbook for men, but even though they both compliment themselves, there is some material overlap.
What I find helpful here are the questions of the audience and how Frank goes through the exercises you'd have to do in order to internalize the inner game behaviors. Frank will teach you on this audio set on how to build your life philosophies, based on what you believe. Frank provides the examples and the base, but it's up to you to determine the philosophies that work for you and will be the foundations for your life. Then again this will help you further understand the concepts presented in the book and internalize them for your own benefit.

Frank goes through some interesting examples and there is lots of great comment and feedback from the audience. This audio set is a great way to get a good understanding of what exactly it is you're supposed to do when developing a persona chart, and what rules to follow. He also puts up some great examples from his own past persona char and how he first experiments, and then came up with the best course of action over time.
This was a very thorough audio program, there was a lot of components that were in it and Frank was able to explain each greatly to differentiate them and connect it back to the audience. One great thing about this audio set is that he included awesome exercises that's not in the book. It helps break down something you can do to understand better your personal redemption.
This was a great audio set to listen to because it not only challenges you to understand what are you beliefs, but if you don't have a belief behind something to go out and learn about it. Frank tells the listeners to go through the base life philosophies and put down your own understanding of them, as well as very insightful commentary on each one. It is a guide to go through the lists in the book with Frank's commentary. I did appreciate the importance placed on specific topics. The best thing about this audio set is the examples given by all the audience members which definitely helps out in creating the lists. Of course Frank gives stuff that'[s not on his book which is a good Bonus.
Track 8 was an awesome lecture. I'd like to call it more, a piece of work. It was so deep and so structured, that it forced everyone in the audience and the listener to walk out of there with some sort of clarify they never had before. Many in the audience made sense of all the things going on with them, as I too started thinking in overdrive identifying patterns of creative avoidance. Not enough can be said about track 8, but it is a must own.

Track 1-I am familiar with Frank's inner game material and the persona chart, but I'm glad I listened to this track. Frank goes into detail and explains how to use the seduction chart. This is great because I was never really into creating new behaviors for myself. Now I am motivated to test out actions in different situations, even ones I'm unfamiliar with. If you're not calibrated in general, this is the track to start with.
Track 2- Frank goes into details of the 10 stages of development. Again, I was already familiar with the development stages, but this track goes over it very well. I especially like when he goes over the redemption. He gives out examples that could lead to redemption, and he gives out exercises that are not in the book. It was also interesting to hear what happens when you're trying to change in an unsupported environment. If you're training yourself to change, this track is necessary for you.
Track 3-This track made me think a lot. Frank goes through his base life philosophies and challenges his audience and listeners to respond to them. Frank repeatedly says he teaches his students how to think, and this track exemplifies that. For example, his base life philosophy of vibrations magic will get you thinking. This track is very elaborate, it is very deep and advanced. But I'm sure hearing Frank's base life philosophies is going to benefit you, whatever stage of development you're in.
Track 4-Frank goes over some of the inner game lists. If you've read his coaching workbook for men, most of this stuff is review. However, it's great to hear the audience tell their answers. Now having a better perspective on the exercises. If you're looking to figure out the meaning of life or base life philosophies, this track is for you
Track 5-Frank talks about his rules of relationships. Although I am already familiar with this, it's good to hear Frank explain the rules very thoroughly. What I learned for example, is not being committed to a girl, but being committed to commitment. That's because sometimes you'll get upset with them and don't want to commit. This makes a lot of sense and it's more realistic. Get this track if you want to figure out relationships for you and others.
Track 6-Even though this most of this stuff is not new to me because I'm familiar with his material, I enjoy what Frank says in this track. An example is picking and choosing your fights and how it's bad for long term relationships. It makes sense that it would affect your kids if you had any, and that's something I would never want to do. Also, Frank goes into detail about beware your mentors and that is also important to me. Despite the fact I know a lot of this stuff, this track has lots of content that will inform you about the rules of relationships.
Track 7-Frank goes over what I think is one of the best things you can do for yourself as a man: the hierarchy of dating and relationships. I have my own criteria down already and listening to this track helped me even further. Frank inspired me to ask questions about myself and what I would do with a specific girl. I also felt more motivation in making the criteria. Frank illustrates that having criteria will put you in the right mindset.
Track 8- This is by far the best inner game track I've listened to. Creative avoidance is something I haven't thought about in a long time, but wow, there was one exercise that blew my mind. It made me realize that I don't have it together and that I need to keep working at it. I was also aware of my own dysfunctions while listening to this track, and that was really an epiphany for me. Frank also mentions how to battle your creative avoidance and what causes it. Overall, this track is my favorite and it's a must for those wanting to work on their inner game.

Track 1-This is my 2nd time listening to this program. Going through the exercises again really helped me to see how much I’ve changed since the last time I listened to this program. Also, it helped me to notice how much of the work I initially had put into this material, I have actually put into practice. Frank makes a really good point in this program about making sure to put into practice what he teaches you, as otherwise you never get to learn what works for you. I also really enjoyed how customized his program is, as it’s not like one of the “one size fits all” programs I’ve listened to before. I’m looking forward to going through the rest of the tracks in this program. Frank starts this one out by explaining how to take his advice so that you wouldn’t feel bullied into his advice. It goes along greatly with his saying “beware your mentors” that he uses in other products of his. He has the listeners build a persona chart and has the ones that were sitting in at the seminar share their results as well as some of questions regarding the exercise he gives out. There were a few references to the coaching workbook for men, so I would recommend if you have the book, making sure you have it at hand as he refers to pages within it throughout the program.
Track 2-Is a review for me. I am pretty familiar with this part of Frank’s material, and I have recently gone over a few of the stages of development from Frank’s book, so it feels like reviewing something I have just reviewed. With that in mind, I do think that this part of Frank’s theories is rather insightful, as it really helps you put into perspective where you’ve come from and what you’ve got ahead of you. I definitely recommend this for someone who hasn’t read this part of the book recently. This one goes over the ten stages of development in detail. Frank has excellent insight as always that helps to understand his material.
Track 3-Listening to this program for the 2nd time, it’s a pretty good and extensive recap of Frank’s base life philosophies as well as an opportunity to document how I interpret each of them. Frank goes over each of his base life philosophies in detail with the exception of 1 which was saved for another track. After going through each of the ones that were covered, Frank gave the listener time to write our own impression on each of his life philosophies and how we see it. It was definitely very informative and eye-opening.
Track 4-This CD went through the meaning of life exercises out of I’m a Man That’s My Job, with examples both from Frank and from the audience that attended the recording of the similar. Ample time was given for completing each exercise, which I’ve found is one of the best reasons for following this program, as it pushes you to do the exercises while playing it.
Track 5-This track started going over the rules of relationships. The first few were examples from Frank’s experience. He then went in detail over a few of the lists and then provided time to complete the lists in question.
Track 6-This one went over the rest of the rules of relationships in detail. It was very insightful as any other Frank product I’ve listened to, and I strongly recommend it.
Track 7-I really liked how Frank gave a great amount of examples as to examples of women’s qualities giving the listener the opportunity to determine where on their list of criteria to place each one. The feedback and questions from the audience were extremely helpful, as they added to what Frank had already put together which was quite a bit more than just what could be found in the book that this material is based on.
Track 8-This track had some insanely useful information. It started with an exercise that involved determining why I punish myself. It then went in very deep detail about creative avoidance. Identifying loops of dysfunction within our subconscious and breaking them was something that Frank talked about doing as well as how to do so. It’s definitely yet another excellent Frank product.
